Îles Dry Rub is a versatile seasoning blend that combines Alcyon sea salt, brown sugar, smoked paprika, and flaked Atlantic seaweed in a carefully balanced 60g mixture. The addition of dehydrated garlic and onion creates aromatic depth, while the distinctive seaweed blend of Atlantic wakame, royal kombu, and dulse adds subtle umami and oceanic character.
