Free Shipping
We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders, coast to coast across Canada and to the United States.
Delivery Times
Most orders are delivered within 3 to 4 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may vary based on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order.
Multiple Suppliers, Multiple Shipments
Kastor.club works with a curated network of independent Canadian suppliers and fulfillment partners. Because of this, items in a single order may be shipped separately from different locations, and may arrive at different times. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive more than one shipment and tracking number.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days before shipment. Processing times may vary slightly depending on the supplier and product availability.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for each shipment. If your order includes items from multiple suppliers, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Delays
While we work closely with our suppliers and fulfillment partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Kastor.club is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
