My order leaked substantially to the point of the exterior of the box being saturated with product.
when I looked at the pump it was not working properly with product leaking out.
I had reported this to Kastor three times in a matter of a week, requesting a refund or to resend me another bottle; however, I received no reply.
it appears by how the product was delivered, and how they haven't replied in over a week, I rate 1 star, and I will take my business elsewhere; I can only imagine how they treat other products they stock, and terrible customer service.
wow, tellement satisfaite du manteau et je n'en reviens toujours pas du prix que j'ai payé, c'était un méga rabais :)
