My order leaked substantially to the point of the exterior of the box being saturated with product.
when I looked at the pump it was not working properly with product leaking out.
I had reported this to Kastor three times in a matter of a week, requesting a refund or to resend me another bottle; however, I received no reply.
it appears by how the product was delivered, and how they haven't replied in over a week, I rate 1 star, and I will take my business elsewhere; I can only imagine how they treat other products they stock, and terrible customer service.
The supplier has been notified about the leaking product and faulty pump, and we will make sure this issue is resolved. We’ll follow up with you as soon as we have confirmation of the next steps.
