Format: Case of 8 x 1.5 KG bags

Mixing Instructions: 

  • Soft Serve: Mix one bag (1.5 KG) with 3.5L of water and pour into soft serve machine.
  • Gelato: 500 g powder + 1 L water
  • Granita: 330 g powder + 1 L water
  • Smoothie/Milkshake: 70 - 100 g powder + 200 g milk + 150 g ice

Certifications: Gluten-free

Yield: Each case yields 400 cones (100g)
