On Blackacidevil, Danzig coats his testosterone-pumped vocals with an abrasive layer of distortion, and electrifies his rhythms with pounding industrial beats and sludgy, feedback-saturated guitars. Alice in Chains guitarist Jerry Cantrell lends an ominous touch to three of the tracks, including a cover of Black Sabbath's "Hand of Doom."
