Pure flattened rice is used in many types of dishes. Also known as Poha in Hindi, these are basically rice which is flattened into flat, light, dry flakes originating. When added to water, the flakes of rice swell, whether hot or cold, as they absorb water, milk, or any other liquids. This product is usually prepared as a breakfast item or a snack.
