Though Wyclef Jean succeeds with the pulsing \"Second Round K.O.\" and the Eno-meets-dub \"Buckingham Palace,\" most of the beats are lackluster, hardly befitting Canibus's verbal blaze. With a producer like DJ Premier (of Gang Starr) or even Laze E.
